Terms of Service
Version 2026-09 · Effective 1 September 2026
1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the use of the Nordly recruiting platform ("Nordly", "we") by an Employer and the Members who act on its behalf, and by Candidates who register to apply for Jobs. By creating an account or an Employer you accept these terms on your own behalf and, where you act for an Employer, on its behalf.
2. Accounts
An account is a verified email address. You must keep the email address under your control and sign out of shared devices. Nordly uses passwordless sign-in (magic links, Google, Microsoft); we never store passwords.
3. Employers and Members
An Employer is identified by its CVR number. The Member who creates the Employer becomes its owner; owners and admins may invite, promote and remove Members. Each Employer must keep at least one owner. The Employer is responsible for its Members' actions on the platform.
4. Employer obligations
The Employer is the data controller for Candidate data collected through its Jobs and must (a) accept and comply with the Data Processing Agreement, (b) publish a Retention Period and keep it, (c) take every hiring decision through a person — AI output on Nordly is a suggestion, never a decision — and (d) not use the platform to discriminate on grounds prohibited by the Danish Act on Prohibition of Discrimination in the Labour Market or other applicable law.
5. Candidates
Candidates may register, apply, withdraw an Application and delete their account at any time. A Candidate's data is shown only to the Employer whose Job they applied to, and only for as long as that Employer's Retention Period allows.
6. Plans and fees
Access is granted under a Plan. Fees, if any, are stated in the Plan and invoiced in DKK. Nordly may suspend an Employer whose invoice is more than 30 days overdue after written notice.
7. Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful content, probe or overload the service, scrape other Employers' or Candidates' data, or share sign-in links with others.
8. Availability and changes
Nordly is provided as is. We aim for high availability but give no uptime warranty in this version. We may change the service and these terms; material changes are announced in-product at least 30 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nordly's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the Employer in the 12 months before the claim. Nordly is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data caused by the Employer's own deletion choices, or hiring decisions taken by the Employer.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination the Employer is archived and its Candidate data is deleted 90 days later in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
11. Governing law
Danish law applies. Disputes are brought before the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
